The Rose, Tropicana Hybrid Tea, Rosa sp. 'Tropicana', produces beautiful orange-red flowers with a wonderful scent. The rose blooms grow on long stems that are perfect for cutting. The foliage of the plant is dark green and glossy and has large leaves.

It has won numerous awards including the Royal National Rose Society Gold Medal 1960, Royal National Rose Society President's International Trophy 1960, Bagatelle(Paris) Gold Medal 1960, and the Hague Gold Medal.
